Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

• The item is defective or damaged, or
  
• You received the wrong item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

• Returns are not accepted for items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return your original purchase for a refund, then place a new order for the replacement item.
