Shipping & Return Policy

1. Stock Availability

We maintain accurate stock counts but, in rare cases, discrepancies may occur. If an item is unavailable, we’ll notify you and either issue a refund or ship the available products first.

2. Shipping

  • EU & UK: Delivery Time (3–5 business days) — Free

  • International Orders: Shipping cost calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Orders are usually processed within 12–24 hours and dispatched within 2 business days.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must have tags attached, be unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Free returns apply to EU & UK. International customers pay return shipping.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

4. Delivery

  • Domestic: 3–5 business days

  • International: Visit Checkout for updated information

  • Tracking links are provided once orders are shipped.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

Please refuse damaged packages and contact us immediately. Refunds or replacements will be issued once the courier confirms the claim.

6. Duties & Taxes

Prices include sales tax. Import duties for international orders are prepaid; no extra fees upon delivery.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. After dispatch, please follow our return process.
